Hi,
This is my first post in this forum. I have a problem with datasets (.mat files). Im working on tissue imaging and has performed an experiment on specimens to get datasets to work on. The size of the datasets varied at around 5200x192. But the problem im facing is that i got some garbage values( which are irrelevant to me)in the last section( like last rows) of the dataset. I have to work on continuous inflow of datasets. We can manually set it right but at such continuous rate you can probably guess how irritating it will be.So my question is that "is there any automated way so that we can get over these garbage values?"

How can a "garbage value" be recognized? Is there a range of good values and values outside that range are "garbage", or is it more subtle than that?
