About the 316L Metal Foil.

Where I can get the metal-foil samples that made by superclean stainless steel ? like 316L VIM/VAR(double vacuume treatment)
The thickness I need is about 50~100um, the size is about 170mm width.
What's the best surface roughness I can get ?
and I need to know the price and min.order.
