Aboveground Fire-Rated Double Wall Piping for Diesel Fuel Supply

We have several applications where we need to provide secondary containment for diesel fuel lines (1 inch) running between aboveground storage tanks and diesel generators. We need to install the fuel lines aboveground and they need to be fire rated. We would like to use double wall piping for this purpose. The pipe runs will have multiple changes of direction.

Is anyone familiar with a solution for this? I see a lot of flex systems, but I don't see fire ratings for these, and we can't bury the lines. I see metal systems, but not sure how they will go around bends and still fully contain the primary pipe (even at the elbows/fittings).

Thanks in advance.

See something like this ??

For fire rating you may just need to fire proof the outer pipe as per normal, depending what your fire protection requirement is (temp and time to resist.

Never used the stuff myself, but looks realatively easy to put together, but you will need some people with experience of your system to install.

My motto: Learn something new every day

Also: There's usually a good reason why everyone does it that way
