Having issues with a Bosch Rexroth encoder emulator card (DAE02.1) communicating with a Beckhoff EL-5002 encoder module. I have been working on this for a week now, I have had a bosch rexroth tech out also. The beckhoff is the master unit and the Rexroth acts as a slave. So when the bechoff outputs the clock pulse then the Rexroth should transmit position data... theoretically. I have a clock signal but it doesn't look right to me, I included a picture of the oscilloscope screen shot of the clock which the positive and negative pulse should be opposite but they are mirrored. The Rexroth card doesn't transmit any data at all. This is my first real world experience trying to diagnose a Absolute encoder issue. Any help would be surely appreciated.
