I'm looking for a AC variable torque drive to test a RB-engine permanent magnet alternator(PMA). Does anyone know the vendor have this product? The operation range is 1000-30000 rpm.

What is your supply voltage available? Dynamatic makes a variable speed drive in which you can control the motor torque output by controlling the DC voltage to the output clutch. This may work well for you.
