acad 2004 layer translator help

I have set up a layer translator mapping file, but I do not want the layer translator to change the over rides on line types. how could i accomplish this?

for example, on our floor plan layer we can have a combination of hidden and continuous lines, when i use my layer translator it makes all of the lines continuous.

and help would be much appreciated.

Click the Layer Translator's SETTINGS button and uncheck:

Force Object Linetype to BYLAYER

Specifies whether or not every object translated takes on the linetype assigned to its layer. If this option is selected, every object takes on the linetype of its layer. If this option is cleared, every object retains its original linetype.
