ACAD 2005 - BACKGROUND PLOT

I TURN ON PLOTING IN BACKGROUND AND TRY TO PLOT AND IT SEEM TO TAKE FOR EVER - LIKE I WAIT FOR HALF AN HOUR AND NOTHING - AND IT SHOULD TAKE 1 MINUTE.

ANY IDEAS AS TO WHY BACKGROUND PLOT (OR PUBLISH FOR THAT MATTER) DOESNT WORK. THANKS.

One of the first things I did in 2005 was turn off background plotting. It takes much longer than plotting normally. Just turn it off and forget it's there, it's a useless feature.
