ACAD 2005 - Load LSP from tool Palettes

Is it possible to load LSP routines from tool Palettes without first having those LSP routines loaded automaticly.

I have a number of routines which I would like to share with friends in the office but who aren't up to speed on LSP (but like quick fixes). We have shared Tool Palettes so thought we could use that method.

This is possible according to the help files. I have yet to mess with them.
