ACAD 2005 - network installation

I'm the IT guy for an architectural firm. We have AutoCAD 2005 network version installed. We seem to have intermittant problems with the program seeming to freeze. Noticably when they try to save the drawings. Sometimes works fine for a day or so. Then problem pops up again. Seems to cause corruption in the drawings. Any suggestions? Please HELP!

Can you make all folder path references and temporary file locations on the local drives?

I recently installed Autocad 2005 and when plotting a drawing the Plot Job Progress window does not come up. Any suggestions. Thanks
