ACAD 2008 - Right Click problem

When I use the right click option in edit mode the default right click menu comes up instead of the normal edit one.
Does anybody know why?

Thanks Prodraftsman. Its already set to 1 but doesn't seem to have any effect either way (zero or one).

Go to Tools | Options | User Preferences.

What boxes are checked for "Windows Standard Behavior"?

Also, what is the setting for "Right-click Customization"?
