Hi,

I have sent an ACAD .dwg to another person using a Microstation product, after making changes this person has sent me the revised drawing. When I open it I get the little pop up window talking about Proxy graphics and tells me I am missing a ACAD Express tool by the name of WipeOut.

I have a very limited knowledge of ACAD can someone enlighten me - do I need to go hunting for this add-in called WipeOut? [neutral]

Thanks in advance

Dave

if you are using the newest version of AutoCAD... 2004.... then the express tools comes installed. but if you are using version 14 express tools were a free add on; and in r2000, 2000i and 2002 express tools cast money (i think $150.) if you need the wipeout tool just e-mail me at p.stenson@attbi.com. also, if you're hooked up to the internet, go to options your AutoCAD drawing and tell Autocad to automaticly check for proxys and if available it will be downloaded. any time i can help just let me know. Hi Dave,

Express-Tools are adds for Acad. If You would take Google, and search for ETV1-9. Some years ago the tools were gratis. Wipeouts are like black jpgs.

I hope this helps,

ACAD 2000i (SP2), ADT 3.0 (SP3),
