ACAD Invalid Page Fault

Prior to plotting using full preview program shuts down with error message
You have performed an illegal operation and will be shut down
Detail states
ACAD caused an invalid page fault in module Kernal32.dll
No problems encountered when using partial preview
IT dept use Norton antivirus. is it possible this is causing my problem
Any assistance appreciated

No answer to your problem but it seems to me there an awful lot of threads where people have isolated Norton as being a problem with the later versions of AutoCAD.
