Acad Won't Load, HELP!!!!

My Hard drive crashed, so I replaced it and had to reload my programs. When I try to enter ACad, I get a message stating AC1ST15.DLL failed. Close and restart computer. Why is this, has anyone run across this before? Any insight would be appreciated.

I loaded Norton Antivirus on the computer before I reloaded ACad.
