We are producing pre-cast elements and stripping after 5 hours in a shop with a temp of 60 degrees.Mix consists of 415kg of cement with the addition of a 2% of a non cloride additive. We are experiercing a softness and briddle nature of the hardened concrete even after a number of days in the field.
