acceptable a-pillar obstruction angle

I'm setting up a body and I'm using SAE J1050 to define the A-Pillar obstruction angle. My question is, what angle is acceptable?

I would guess that depends on your jurisdiction, if not then you probably need to measure some cars that are borderline in your opinion.
