I am trying to learn hvac design etc...

I have a doubt as per Ashrae 62.1, is there an ach defined for an office space...it is not directly given..

Problem is that one web site saying it is 2-3 ach .....when I put this this in a small office space of volume (108 cubic meter), I get (108*35.3*10/60)
= 189 cfm.

Is this right..

In a completely closed office space , any infiltration factor need to be considered.

Thanx in advance

Abraham

Yes, I think that's right for 3 ACH; I got 190 CFM. So in 20 minutes all of the air will be changed out one time (190*20=3800). There are three 20-minute intervals in an hour.
