I am trying to design a concrete pier and steel flooring for 11 acid retention tanks.
World view of Tank layout :::::* = rectangular formation
Tank Dim's: (D)12'x (H)30'
Live Weight of Tank: 300,000 lbs.
I have 33 W24X84 beams with 22 (T)1"X12'X12' steel plates acting as a uniform load distribution design.
My question is how big and deep and how many concrete piers there be to hold this massive load?

You need information on the characteristics and properties of the soil strata first.

The lateral load can have a significant impact on the column design. Consider Seismic, Wind, Unbalanced Load in addition to total product load. You might also study the effects of differential settlements in the foundation and how stresses are redistributed if the tanks are susceptible to life safety issues.
