does anybody have any valid data for a distillation column for a feed stock of 95% acrolein, 5% water mixture?
Cheers.

Acrolein is an impurity in our process so will not concentrate to the level that your process runs. However, we have used ASPEN physical properties with some limited success. I don't really have experience with pure acrolein but I do know that it loves to polymerize as you are no doubt aware. With this in mind, you must also take into account the pH of the system. Low pH (<5) will tend to allow acrolein to move overhead.
