The so called active power transducer such as Enerdis make, misleads the consumers since it measures active power at a fixed power factor. Are they really active power transducer in true sense ?. My question is related to active power consumed by a motor when it is running at half load or even less.
Is there any active power transducer which would calculate active power drawn by motor taking into consideration the motor power factor.

All active power transducers measure just that, active power (watts) - over a range of power factors. A device that was tied to active power at a particular power factor would be totally useless in the real world - what would be the point?
I did a quick search for Enerdis and found nothing to suggest that their transucers are so limited in scope of application. Suggest that you re-read the specs that led you to that conclusion.
