ADAPT RISA - ERROR WHILE CHECKING CRACK

ADAPT software: Calculation crack deflection function error

immediately after click on "calculation crack deflection" in FEM tabs. The error occur successively by warning below:
1. "Builder-Sum
Error while reading DATA GENERAL"

2. "ADAPT-BuilderSum
Error during loading files"

3. "ADAPT-BuilderSum
Error occur during loading files.
Error number:9
Error description: subscript out of range"

4. "ADAPT-BuilderSum
Error occur when loading buildersum. progame aborted.
Error number:339
Error description: component :MSCOMCTL.OCX or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid"

later the analysis of crack deflection gone well but seem the value is not correct.

How can I fix this error ?

I'll re-iterate what Spencer said, but in a way that abides more closely to Eng-Tips community guidelines....

You may find that you don't get a good response on this forum. There's just not too many ADAPT users here that I've seen. Therefore, I would suggest contacting the ADAPT / Nemetchuk / RISA tech support.

Is there a reason why you didn't try that first?

Just an FYI, linking to websites is usually okay here. But, including e-mail addresses in a post is usually frowned upon. The adaptsupport e-mail address is general enough that it may be a grey area. But, I've seen posts get yanked for similar actions. Not that you're doing anything unethical or wrong.... It's just what I've seen happen in the past.
