Hello all,
I have a problem I am trying to work around. I am customizing a DME_INTERCHANGABLE mold base to increase productivity. Currently I have options set to suppress and unsuppress plates within an assembly.
The Z position of the plates are driven by constraints, which are under the top level of this particular assembly. When I suppress a plate, the driving constraint for that plate now has a info alert that reads "referenced objects are deleted or suppressed".
The driving constraints for the other plates update, and they position correctly to eliminate the void of the suppressed plate.
I want to know if there is any way to suppress or control the constraint that drives the position of the suppressed plate automatically. With expressions possibly?
The closest I have gotten to being able suppress and unsuppress the constraint is through assembly arrangements. However, those have to also be set manually, and I cannot find an expression that will control assembly arrangements.
