add hatch bounds Nx6

I have a problem with editing the hatch boundary in Nx6 and higher. I want to add an hatch to an existing hatch created in a section view but I cannot add a boundary editing the hatch only dimensions are allowed. In manual created hatch its no problem. The orginal task was to get an frame around a text inside a hatch. If the text has only one row it works nice with the feature control frame in the text editor , but not for multiple lines. Any ideas how to ?

They actually made it nicer than what it was, but it looks like the text needs to be on the drawing.
I cannot read German, so I could not decipher if the text was best on the part or on the drawing.

click on the cross-hatching > edit > anntations to exclude (top) > pick annotation
