add new machines and materials on MKE editor

Hello,

I have a question, I want to add new machines and materials in my MKE editor NX7.5.2.5, version.

I have read the help, I have tried
to enter new machines and materials in part_materials.dat and machine_database.dat. But nothing is updated in my customization_base.xml file.
How can I add new materials and machines in my customization_base.xml file?
Which step I am doing wrong?
