Add new materials to my library

I´ve followed the instructions of Jonh R. Baker in thread561-339012.

1. I´ve made a copy of physicalmateriallibrary.xml and put it in another directory with another name.
2. I´ve changed customer defaults adding to "User MatML Library" the new xml file.

3. Assign Material-->Material list (library materials)-->User MatML Library is always empty and I have to give every time to browse the directory.

I´m doing something wrong?
