I would like to add parrameters from other start part to the empty part.How can I do this. Thank you.

If you want to add parameters to an empty part, why don't you just save a copy of the part under your empty part name?

But When I have existing empty part and I want to add parameters from start part??

You will have to create a mapkey which adds the parameters.
