Add Relation "Keep Visible" Setting

Has anyone been able to keep the Add Relations dialogue box visible when adding multiple relations? I have SW2005 SP1.1. The tack is on by default, but the dialogue box always goes away when I "check" to add a relation. A bug perhaps?

I don't see the tack anymore - haven't missed it. The box stays until I'm done mating - then one extra click on the check-mark removes it.

Yes pick the add relation icon from the toolbar and it says up.
