Add Relations/Properties Property Manager

Somehow I inadvertently deleted the icon for the Relations Property Manager, conveniently located between the Feature Manager Design Tree and Configuration Manager Icons on the tree structure. I have searched the help and knowledge base without luck and can't find a way to get it back. To view relations now requires a RMB click and then selecting view relations - a more tedious method of viewing assembly relations.

Anyone know how to get it back?

I am on 2009, and that is property manager for me. I don't know if that is what you are referring to.
Try going to View -> Workspace -> Default.
If that isn't what you are looking for, I will need more clarification.
