Add/Remove load steps in Ansys Mechanical (WB)

In an analysis with multiple load steps (>10), is there a way to add
a new load step in between the old load steps?

Also is there a way to delete a specified load step from analysis?

Adding or removing should happen so that the loads and boundary conditions of other load steps would remain unchanged.

In Mechanical's Analysis Settings Restart Controls, you could try the following:
Generate Restart Points = Manual
Retain Files = All
Retain Files After Full Solve = Yes

After the initial solve, you could then change the in-between load step as you described (e.g. 5) and restart from the previous load step (e.g. 4).

Also is there a way to delete a specified load step from analysis?

The only way I know how is to reduce the number of steps. Doing so shouldn't remove any saved lower number restart points.
