New profiles & sizes of existing profiles can be added to the folders found in C:\Program Files\SolidWorks\data\weldment profiles or wherever you have located the Weldment Profile folder in Tools > Options > System Options > File Locations.

Check the Help files for weldments, custom profiles.

Solidworks 2007 added a new area in the task pane under 3d content center/Solidworks content. There are a ton of new profiles for weldments for download. I can't find it on the 3dcontent centrla website for some reason though.
