Using Tabular note i added contents from an excel sheet to my drawing.
I wish to have the Cell-format also to be copied, (i.e size, width, merge etc) into my drawing sheet.
If not is there any other way to get the Excel sheet/ Image in NX Drawing.

Not that I'm aware of. The only thing that you can 'import' from a Spreadsheet into a Tabular Note is the CONTENT of the cells, nothing more. Now there are ways to edit the format (i.e. 'Style') of a 'cell' in a Tabular Note, but you have to do this explicitly using the options provided by NX.

If you didn't need to edit the table while in NX you could export you Excel as an image (.jpg, .tif, or .png) and then in NX using "Insert" -> "Image" place image on drawing.
