Adjust Gap Between Part View and Dimension Line Nx10 1

Hello,

Does anyone know how to adjust the spacing between the drafting view and the dimension line in Nx10? In past versions this was done using Preferences->Annotation->Line/Arrow: and adjusting the H and J values. I cannot figure out where to do this in version 10.

Preferences -> common -> line/arrow -> extension line -> flag leader or side 1|side 2 -> gap.
