Does anyone know of manufacturer that supplies Galvanized Steel adjustable v-notched Weirs?

No but I strongly suspect a 10 minute Google Search might be productive. Theres getting to an increasing number of petty queries on this board.

It is not practical to make one out of galvanized steel because it will corrode and not read the flow correctly.

Stainless steel or fiberglass is what you need. You need a material that will hold and edge without the need for continual maintenance.

You also have to keep in mind that the crest (the edge over which the flow passes) isn't more than 1/8" thick or the nappe won't spring freely from the crest and will adhere to the downstream face of the weir plate.

If you are using the weir for flow measurement, the biggest problem is making sure the weir is set at the right elevation and that the weir pool (upstream body of water) is large enough to condition flow.
