Advantages/Disadvangtages of Flying Shear (Plasma vs Laser Technology)

Can anyone weigh in on the Advantages/ Disadvantages for using either flying laser or fying plasma technology in an in-line process.
Also, if you have had a particular good experience with a supplier or integrator of either technology could you provide a reference.
