Hi,
I would like some advice on cooling solutions for a sealed outdoor electronics enclosure. The enclosure is around 2m3 with a total heat load of 4000W.
The inside temperature should preferably remain independant from outside conditions so air to air heat exchangers are probably not an option. Air conditioners seem to be standard technique in that case but the enclosure needs to remain functional when rotated 90° and a vapor-compression refrigeration system will not work in any position (or I am wrong?).
I am thinking of having a fixed chiller close to the enclosure, with water circulating into an air to water heat exchanger mounted on the enclosure. Is it a good option? Any proposal for a better one?
The enclosure is movable so the colling system should preferably be not too heavy.
Any help would be appreciated,
thanks
