Advice on Machining Nylon 11?

The part is about 3" OD 6061-T6 that is also fairly hollow. This will be coated in Nylon 11. I require tolerances of plus-minus .0005. Reason for this tolerance, guaranteed interference fit.

Obviously, they can't coat to that spec. I now need to rely on machining the nylon. It's a coating thickness that will be .006-.008

Can you grind this stuff?
Shave?
Polish to size?
Roll to size?
Turn on lathe?

Any suggestions and experiences with this stuff appreciated.

If you can use nylon with some molybdenum sulfide added, it will machine (lathe turn) much better than plain nylon 11.
