Aerial surveys advice

Hi all,
I'm looking for people who have used or are currently using drones for mapping and surveys.
I'm after a bit of info on how you find them, what software you use the data on once the data set has been given to you?
I'm starting up a drone service provider in Mewcastle and just want to know exactly what an engineer, qs, company in general would be looking for? Cut/fill, volumetric calculations, point clouds etc...

Has anyone used Drone Deploy?

If anyone is willing to have a chat with me about it then it would be much apprecated. Also! This isn't a sales pitch. It's an information exercise for myself
