I know it's old news now, but it was news to me today.
For a company planning to build and fly a supersonic business airplane (even a prototype/demonstrator) in '24 and to sell (and therefore certify) in '26 ... finances must've been "sketchy" to fold so quickly. COVID sounds like an excuse, though it has no doubt had an effect on money markets (that I don't deal with !).
