Aggregate can't move down --> what is called? 1

Dear all,

I'm a new batcher (Vietnam), when i batch concrete, aggregate can't move down to the hopper but i don't know how to call what is it? Can i call it : "aggregate choked or choke aggregate, or ....?

I think you can call it "aggregate choked". But why is this? Are you loading the aggregate with a scraper shovel from a boom or by conveyors? There must be something wrong with the angle of the discharge into the hopper or something which can be seen visually.

I am impressed with the quality of the batching plants in Saigon. Lephan, RDC, Lafarge, Holcim and others seem very professionally set up and I wouldn't expect a problme with their plants. Are you outside Saigon in a more rural area?

No not in Vietnam now, left last year and now in Thailand. Anyway you need to look and see why the aggregate cannot flow freely and then remove the obstruction.
