What can I expect to pay for a 3-ton (precision cooling, computer room), chilled water, elec. reheat, 1500 cfm.

I haven't done a chilled water one for some time, but a 3-ton split system DX Liebert unit costs around $9,000. Of course, the condenser is a large chunck of that price. Sorry I can't be of more help. make sure you get a Liebert or some other brand designed for a computer room. Don't just grab a 3-ton air handler. Data room are too important to trust to any unit.

Yeah, customer has a lot of Data Aire, so that's what we are planning on going with for the sake of keeping their maintenance streamlined
