Dear All,
I am trying to establish carburizing process using Methanol+Acetone for carburizing atmosphere generation inside the furnace. I am facing a peculiar problem of air bubble getting entrapped in to the flow line which intern obstruct the free flow of Acetone. Because of this I am unable to maintain the proper Carbon Potential (CP) value inside the furnace. The amount of air bubble entrapped in to the flow line is more in Acetone line than in Methanol line. These liquids are stored in a SS tank and are pressurized using 1 bar Nitrogen pressure to create minimum head for the flow. The ambient temperature is around 35 degree Celsius. I have ensured that the flow line is free of any leakage.
Can any one suggest me solutions to over come this problem.
Regards,
Harsha
