Hi,
Could you, please, inform me about any project, in any country, involving Air Cargo Handling Systems (machinery and Software)?
Best regards,

Hi,

I am wrtting from England from a robotis company. I am building a robotic base which can travel in any direction as desired. To do this i need to get hold of a particular type of wheel which is often used in air cargo manipulation.

I am looking for something called a Stanford, Mekanum, Sweedish or Illanator wheel. They are used on the conveyor systems used to move cargo containors onto aeroplanes. They are usually arranged in a gid on a kind of flat pallet outside the plane. The cargo crates are delivered to them and the pallet drives them onto its center, then rotates them 90 degrees before driving them onto the plane.

Would you have any idea where i could buy the wheels which are used on those pallets?
