AIR CLEANING FROM KITCHEN EXHAUST

I NEED SOME HELP WITH THIS PROYECT
I HAVE A SPA OUTDOOR AREA RIGHT OVER A BURGER BAR KITCHEN EXHAUST, SO ALL OF THE ODOR COMES INTO THE SPA AREA. I NEED SOME KIND OF AIR CLEANER SYSTEM THAT SUPPORTES GREASE FROM KITCHENS.

You will need a kitchen exhaust hood with UV-C lamps to disintegrate the grease and then activated carbon filters or scrubbers to absorb the odours. Not cheap but is effective!

I guess the spa owner better own that Burger joint to install the UV-C lamps in their system and maintain it operational for life.
mateno, can't you change the kitchen exhuast system and extend it to the spa roof?
