Hello,

I have receive one air conditioner compressor from one of our offices that according to a local technician has a burnt or bad compressor
I have measured ohm values and this is the result

Comon to Start winding: 0,5 ohms
Comon to Run: 1,2 ohms
Run to Start: 1,7 ohms

Comon is brown
Start is yellow
Run is blue

Tha condenser is connected in series as it sholud be to the start windings but I dont understand why Start ohm value is much lower that run value, I have know that the start winding values should be of greater value than run

Check your winding resistance to case. I have seen burnouts cause continuity to the case.
