Hello I am not sure if this is the rite forum to ask about air conditioning and exhaust system, however let me explain the problem I am working for a material testing company as a corrosion engineer, developing a new test facility .For this test we require H2s gas and the test temperature is 23 degree centigrade. Since we are located in Abu Dhabi and the temperatures are high we need the room to be air conditioned at the same time there should be exhaust to remove all the toxic gases. I am looking for a solution to this problem. Is it possible to have both for one room?

Local exhaust hoods over the points of gas usage, to maximize the removal and minimize the total air flow.
Use a heat exchanger in the exhaust duct to help pre-cool your incoming make-up air. That is if you can find one that has good enough corrosion resistance.
This is a fairly common industrial ventilation problem. Check the standard guides.
