Air conditioning of Hospital

Hi, we are designing air conditioning system for a hospital. Air conditioning of the hospital will be through AHU and condensing unit.
We also want to maintain the humidity level of 65% in the air conditioned area.
In case, if humidity level increases or decreases in the atmosphere, the humidity level in the air conditioned should be maintained as specified.

How we can achieve humidification and de-humidification ?

Can we use sensors for maintaining the humidity & temperature level. Pl guide.

Pl share any link or line diagram for the same.
