Air Filter Certification

We are working on a project supplying air compressors to a European company. One of their engineers is asking for a certificate of conformance for the inlet air filter.

I've gone to the filter manufacturer and do not know what I am requesting. Does anyone have any idea what this form looks like so I can pass it on to the filter people.
