Hello,
I was wondering if anyone has experience with air pressure.I have a mold..It is made from MDF board it is 3/4 inch thick rings stacked up 20" high they were cut from a computer router in 24 3/4" x 24 3/4" squares with a circle cut out 21 7/8" diameter. They are stacked up to form a cube with a cylinder inside. They have 1 hole in each corner and there is a bolt rod running down through each one to hold them together. It is 1/4" w7/16nuts. It has 1/8" steel top and bottom plates. I place veneers in the cylinder then put a pipe plug inside and inflate it to press the veneers together.can anyone tell me the pressure tolerances for something like this. The pipe plug is rated at 3psi And i would like to know if this is safe for this size structure? Thank you
