Air supply to clean rooms

Hello,

Where can I find a sechematic description with a block or flow diagram for the air loop supplied to the clean room starting from atmospheric air outside the building ?

That is a very general question and it depends upon your requirements viz., area classification, application, type of air handling system etc. However, here is a link for starter
