Air to Air Cooler for Large (500HP+) Motor or Breaker

I am looking for a replacement air to air heat exchanger to cool a generator unit breaker. Existing unit recirculates breaker air through a closed heat exchanger where it tranfers the heat to the plant ambient air. Approximately 24,000 Btu/hr heat load.
