Hi All
Is it possible to achive the elongation to be more than 30%? For example 50%
My concernig refer to tube od 3inch that should be bend on center line radius 3inch and angle 90 degree (wt=.035"). What heat treatment solution should apply ?
Because the tube 6061-0(annealed) have max elongation 30% and it is not enough to perform full bending.

I don't think that you are going to get a bend with r=1d in that material in any condition (or any other alloy that I know of).
That is an extreme bend. Typically when people need that tight of a fit they miter and weld.

The only way I know of to make an elbow with that tight a centerline radius, is to stamp the elbow in two halves and weld the pieces together on the centerlines.

You are judged not by what you know, but by what you can do.

WHAT WALL THICKNESS [WT]??????????

1. Per SAE AS33611 TUBE BEND RADII, min centerline bend radius [CLBR] for 3.0"-OD aluminum alloy tubing [no specified WT]...

CLBR min... [5>... = 1.5D [CLBR4.5"] or 2.0D [CLBR6.0"]
[5> USE OF SMALL BENDS (LESS THAN 3D) IN HYDRAULIC, PNEUMATIC AND AIRCRAFT FUEL SYSTEMS REQUIRE
THE APPROVAL OF THE PROCURING SERVICE. FOR OTHER FLUID SYSTEMS (LESS THAN 1500 psi) THE SPECIAL
BEND RADII COLUMN MAY BE USED.

BR recommended... = 3D [CLBR9.0"] or 4D [CLBR12.0"]

2. Per SAE AS130 TUBE BENDING RADIUS, CLBR min for 3.0-OD X 0.049-WT [as I read the nomograph] ~= CLBR4.9" ~= 27% strain elongation

NOTE... I think the nomograph can be used to extrapolate strain for 3.0-OD X 0.049-WT X CLBR3.0... but unsure exactly how.

3. Other data I have confirms Min [production] CLBR for 3.0-OD X 0.049-WT shall be NO LESS than CLBR6.0" for low pressure systems.
